Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please review your plan before subscribing. This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellation, and physical/custom work are handled, and it forms part of our Terms of Service; see also our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

All sales are final. Yearly subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not provide automatic refunds.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current paid term — your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period. When the subscription ends, your account moves to Free, and your pages, QR codes, links, analytics, recipients, and settings are preserved (extra items are locked, not deleted).

Physical QR launch packages and setup help

Custom physical QR launch packages, decals, setup help, and other custom work are non-refundable once they have been started, ordered, produced, delivered, or scheduled, because they involve real materials and time.

Billing mistakes

If you think there was a billing error, contact support or email support@algoviewz.com and we will review it. Outside of genuine billing mistakes, the default policy is no refunds.
